I was at the plant for two days and mentioned the leak several times, “we’ll get to it directly,” was the reply. As I left the plant late in the afternoon of the second day “directly” had not yet happened. In talking with the operator on my next visit—and the picture was still the same — he mentioned that they purchased about 110% of the system charge each year.
