Anti-Snap Cylinder

ANTI-SNAP CYLINDERS Lock snapping has been widely covered in the press and has caused huge demand for new high-security cylinders. Despite the name Anti-Snap, these locks are actually designed to snap. Basic cylinders snap in the middle when attacked, breaching the locking mechanism and allowing easy access for an intruder. These specially designed cylinders have a built-in weak point that allows the lock to snap under attack at a specific point, but leaves the crucial locking mechanism fully intact - preventing intruder access and enabling the key to still be used to gain access.
