CR390, CR490 Mag-Break Magnetic Starters Reversing, Combination, NEMA Type 1, 3R, 12, 4/4X 200 Horsepower Maximum NEMA Sizes 0-5 600 Volts Maximum 50/60Hz

Application Used for full-voltage starting and reversing of squirrel cage induc- tion motors up to 200 horsepower maximum, 600 Volts maximum. Consists of Spectra ™ Mag-Break motor circuit protector for branch circuit protection (Sizes 0-4), reversing controller, and three-leg block overload relay. Refer to page 1-7 for features of basic starter. Features — Spectra ™ Mag-Break motor circuit protector (Sizes 0-4 ) – provides protection against faults and has adjustable trip. — Meets NEC standards – continuous current ratings and adjustable instantaneous trip ranges meet NEC standards on motor full-load and locked rotor currents. — Can eliminate nuisance tripping and provide fault protection – by setting the Mag-Break instantaneous trip point just above transient motor inrush current — Less than one cycle clearing time – to open and clear a fault Product Number Selection Instructions 1. Example: Similar to CR490D104MF1AAAAA except with 460/120 Volt control transformer @ $2182.00, GO-10G1 , total list price 4. 50 Hertz Starters Pricing for 50 Hertz forms (at standard voltages) is the same as shown in table for 60 Hertz. List prices for 460-480Volts, 60 Hertz also apply to 380-415 Volts, 50 Hertz. See page 1-4 for 380-415Volt horsepower ratings. 5. Product Notes Motor full-load current should not exceed continuous ampere rating of starter.
