A GROUNDBREAKING WESSA AND ANGLO-AMERICAN PARTNERSHIP

The newly opened Sishen Environmental Education Centre, managed by WESSA, is offering the most up to date and pioneering education programmes throughout the region. The Sishen Nature Reserve provides easy “hands-on” access to a stunning variety of fauna and flora, as well as many excellent geographical and geological features. We offer activities for all ages, and design them based on your specific educational needs. Our well-structured curriculum-based programmes are fun and educational with a strong focus on the STEAM subjects. There are many cross-curricular links between core subjects embedded in our programmes, and our transdisciplinary approach ensures real-life learning for a sustainable future. We link our activities directly to the Sustainable Development Goals, and, through appropriate learning outcomes, develop the necessary green skills required for 21st century thinking.
