one. Before we start with the Win:Win Services, I think I saw Wendy in the

room from GGCA just to say a few words about the affiliate and affiliation.

Thank you.

SIS WENDY CUMMING (GGCA): Hello. I am very, very happy to be here today.

Basically the GGCA are the Gibraltar General and Clerical set up in 1947. In

its origins it was in fact the Gibraltar Government Clerical Union, because it

was solely for civil servants. Before my time, I think this must have been about

10 years ago, the name was actually changed from Gibraltar Government to

Gibraltar General and that brought with it an influx of different members, so

even though we are known as the White Collar Union in Gibraltar, in fact we

are more an amalgamation of different types of sectors. We have the civil

service clerical grades, we have got social workers, we have got HM Customs,

we have the Prison Service, so it is actually a bit of a challenge managing all

that, but we do our best and we hope that our membership here helps us work

a bit better. Thank you. (Applause)

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you, Wendy, and we are very pleased you have made the

journey to be with us at this conference. Okay. Now let me introduce Ian

Richards who is going to take us through the Win:Win Services.

was at the other tables. So if you are here and you have got a Win:Win hat on,

can you just stand up and I will introduce people. We have got Paul and Nicola

from Morrish’s, we have got Jodie from UIA, we have got Mick from TC

Branding, of course we have got Tim from the hotel. Other people will be

coming into the room and will have lunch with everybody as the day goes on.

Tony Johnson is here as well who does all the technology stuff. One of the

reasons for just pointing people out, it would be great if by the end of the day

you have had a chance to have a conversation with those people and just work
