for, say, the Artists Union of England, one of our relatively small unions, so they

have put it all under one umbrella and you can have a GFTU branded product

on your website, in your publications to make it easier and Jodie will talk to you

about price matching, making sure that they are always competitive, making

the offer more compelling for members. There is an awful lot in this mix, as you

are picking up probably.

What I am keen to do though is make sure that we do things that meet your

needs, so one of my questions to you over the next couple of days is what

products and services would it be helpful for you to have. I think we are getting

there. I think it is quite a compelling message, but it has got to go a little bit

beyond somebody buying something. We are trying to make sure that it is a

good economic model, that things are done ethically and robustly, but there

might be things that you are doing with your members that you think, “We are

doing that, they could make the most by doing this, this, this, whatever”.

Of those companies, I was just going to ask Laura just to come and have a

chat with you about Prem Ex just to introduce the company and then you can

see how it is all laced together.
