IAN RICHARDS: That was short and sweet. Paul, do you just want to mention a little

bit about Morrish’s and how we work currently and what the opportunities might

be?

PAUL SCHOLEY: Good morning, everybody. Thanks, Ian. It is very nice to be here

again. I will be brief, because I know most of you have heard something about

this before and quite a few of you, I am delighted to say, are now working with

us. We have got an affiliate scheme for legal services with the GFTU now. It

has been up and running for over a year. The GFTU will help facilitate you

working with us in any way you want in relation to any of the legal services that

we offer and as part of that deal we have agreed that we will donate to the

GFTU Educational Charitable Trust a percentage of the fees that we generate

through affiliates.

As Ian has already mentioned, we offer personal injury, employment law,

private client, property and similar services. We do so at what are competitive

and sensible rates for trade unions and their members and the friends and

families of those members. We do so throughout the UK. Amongst our clients

here are TSSA, the Social Workers Union, NAPO and a good few others.

Please take the time to talk to them, if you would, more than me, because they

will tell you whether they are happy with our services and we hope they are.

So we are very happy to talk to anybody. We are here for the whole day today.

IAN RICHARDS: I could talk about this for hours, but I am not going to, because that

is not what we are here for. All I would say is that if we are going to do this

properly we need to just embrace the opportunities. We called it Win:Win,

because when we are getting something out of it, you are getting something of

it and the company is getting something out of it, it is inevitable that everybody

will be in a stronger position. The guy who has just popped his head round the

door at the back, Mo, just pop in for a sec. This is Mo and Mo is from PG

Mutual and he will talk to you about the product that we are developing at the

moment as we go through the day, so by all means have that conversation.
