Motion Carried. A thank you note was received by Marie Yowan thanking NCYC for the flowers and kind notes from the membership for the passing of her husband, Bill. A letter was received from Brian Michel concerning the scheduling of weekend workers.

I. CURRENT BUSINESS

Activities - Kim Miedema All scheduled activities have been entered on the website. A deposit has been sent for the Memorial Day Dinner. Kim is working with musicians for Saturday afternoon music breaks for the summer. With the help of Pat Adams, Kim will be reviewing the activity report for ways to simplify the form.

Clubhouse - PC Hugh Vestal Absent-Excused No Report

Harbor & Grounds – Don Reiss No Report. Darryl Campbell stated that the company that plows Anchor Bay Drive has been plowing all the snow into the NCYC Driveway. This is causing an inconvenience to some members. Darryl will contact the company and ask them not to block our driveway. Membership- Brian Malik A discussion was held on dues not being paid in a timely basis. Motion: Moved by RC Pat Carroll to notify people who are in arrears 1-30 days, there will be a $25 late fee, 31-60 days there will be an additional $25 late fee ($50). Seconded by Don Reiss. Motion Carried. As per the NCYC By Laws, if dues or indebtedness due to the Club shall not be paid within 60 days, it shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to expel such member . Gerald Simpson has resigned. Eric Hagendorff has requested a leave of absence. Motion: Moved by Brian Malik to grant a leave of absence for Eric Hagendorff. Seconded by Randy Pagel. Motion Carried. There are two new members that are waiting to be interviewed. PC John Anderson and Randy Pagel will conduct those interviews.
