Development opportunities

The Company’s long term success depends on developing all Associates to meet its business needs. The Company provides a wide range of opportunities for personal development and offers support and financial assistance if Associates are studying for professional qualifications relevant to their job or business objectives. Associates have joint responsibility with their Manager to ensure they take advantage of all the opportunities offered. In the first instance Associates should discuss with their Manager how they will meet their development needs, which may include a combination of formal work activities, training and coaching. The Associates Manager will record the development needs identified, using the relevant review form.
