in respect of references the Data Controller provides in respect of their employment regarding personal data processed for the purposes of management forecasting or planning; and
in relation to records of the intentions a Data Controller has in relation to any negotiations with an individual.
Any Associate receiving a request to access data and/or and enquiry must notify the Data Protection Manager immediately.
If Associates are in any doubt about any aspect of the Data Protection Laws they should consult their Manager, the Data Protection Manager, the Risk & Compliance Team, or the Technology Division as appropriate.
Associates found to be in contravention of the Group policy regarding data protection may be committing a criminal offence and may be disciplined, up to and including dismissal.

Use Of Company Computers *
Computer devices are effective and efficient business tools. They should be used and exploited as such.
Users may use PCs, laptops, hand-held devices (e.g. Blackberry, iPad) and workstations for coincidental personal purposes on condition that;
it does not interfere with the user‘s performance or professional duties;
it does not affect the job performance or disrupt other users;
is of reasonable duration and frequency;
it does not create any additional expense to Lockton
its use is truly occasional in nature and in compliance with Locktons’ policy and standards; and
it is not used for the furtherance of any business activity of any entity other than Lockton
Use of Company software
Lockton strongly supports strict adherence to software vendor’s license agreements and copyright holder’s notices.
Users must therefore strictly adhere to the following conditions:
Making unauthorised copies of licensed and copyrighted software, even if only for “evaluation” purposes, is strictly forbidden
Lockton allows reproduction of copyrighted materials only to the extent legally considered “fair use” or with the permission of the author/owner
