We are pleased to announce that a member of our team, Mary O'Sullivan, has become the first person in Ireland or Britain to achieve the status of "Registered Professional Reporter" with the American National Shorthand Reporters Association. Mary, who is 21, uses a Stenograph shorthand machine. In order to reach this American standard she had to pass a number of tests which include one of taking dictation of court testimony at 225 words per minute, and transcribing it with at least 95% accuracy.
