Commodore’s Comments: Commodore, Brian McEvoy I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone here at the Board table for all of your time and dedication so far this season. All of you have put in countless hours and it is evident how much you care about the operation of this Club and the importance of representing the membership’s best interest. Thank you! Vice Commodore, Chuck Stroh Being on the Board requires that at the end of each year that we do the hard task of assessing our fellow members that choose not to perform their work or pay duties for that year. This is always a sad task, as it shows that we have members that do not feel compelled to give back to the Club that provides such great fun and pleasure to the members. But then I attend the Elite Brigade weekends and I am renewed. I see just how truly blessed we are as a Club. I see the shadows of our founding families hard at work. Just as our founding families were, these member’s DNA show them to be caring, generous, unselfish, hard working, sweat equity, members that with no expectations, come out in droves to give back so that others can get the same enjoyment that they do at the Club, not only for this season but for years to come.
