Secretary – Randy Pagel Secretary Pagel provided a brief update on the OD work schedules throughout the year, and the need to revise the schedule based on new members, etc.

Supplies- Ian Blackburn Ian provided an update on the POS system. The system is installed; training will be provided on each of the two work parties, May 9 and 16. Ian briefed the Board on NCYC compliance requirements regarding PCI data security standards (Payment Card Industry). The industry standard requirements are designed to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card data maintain a secure environment. There are severe penalties for violations of PCI compliance requirements. To ensure our compliance, NCYC's processing agent has provided NCYC with an extensive questionnaire to be completed and returned to the agent. The Commodore stated the Flag will review and complete the document and will request our legal counsel to review before submitting. Transportation – Darryl Campbell Darryl stated that all Finrunners are now compliant with Coast Guard safety requirements e.g. First Aid kits, etc. All the boats now have new dock lines. Discussion ensued on the status and whereabouts of the spare engine that was stored in the former shed (now Boatique) but is now missing. Any member with knowledge of the matter is encouraged to contact any Board member. Fleet Captain - PC Rick Romatz P/C Romatz provided an update on the various Rendezvous'. The upcoming Port Huron rendezvous is on track with several boats already registered. Several members have also signed up for the Mac Ray event.
