Secure Forms Citadel offers secure forms to assist in completing important account tasks. The following forms are available under Services , Secure Forms : • Balance Transfer Form - Transfer your balances to a Citadel Credit Card. • Rewards Points Transfer Form - Combine Rewards Points from different cards for an even bigger and better reward. • Stop Payment Forms - Request a Stop Payment on checks or electronic payments • Card Dispute Form - Use this form if you believe a transaction on your statement is an error. • Card Fraud Report Form - Report fraudulent activity on your Credit/ Debit/ATM card. Card Fraud Alerts Elect to receive automated alerts to your mobile device using Text Messaging and/or Pre-Recorded Digital Voice Phone Calls. Select Services , then Card Fraud Alerts from the main menu. Bill Payer Preferences Select the Checking accounts you would like to have available as a funding source in Bill Payer. Select Preferences , then Bill Payer Preferences . E-Document Preferences Enroll in electronic delivery of Account Statements and Account Notices. Select Preferences , then E-Document Preferences from the main menu. Elect to receive the following documents electronically: • Mortgage Statements - applies to all Real Estate loans on the account • MasterCard Statements - monthly credit card statements • Account Statement - monthly standard account statement • Billing Notices - monthly loan billing statements • All Other Notices - Tax documents, Certificate Maturity notices, Non-Sufficient Funds notices, Overdraft notices and Past Due notices
