sure there is an in/out time and whether or not a meal has or hasn’t been deducted properly. 9.5.4.1 Lunch will not automatically deduct if the leave is taken right before lunch time or during lunch. 9.5.4.1.1 If the employee clocks out at 10 am, with a lunch scheduled from 10:30 – 11 am, and returns at 11:30 am; the system will pay 11:30 am – 3 pm (adjust leave if necessary, leave and regular must equal no more than 8 hours).
