Special Notes about Operator Schedule **Applies to all holidays, whether they occur in Week 1 or Week 2 of the pay period 9.3 Plants must run 24/7 all year long; therefore, during the holidays, operator schedules must be adjusted to accommodate vacation requests, and any other leave requests during the holidays.

9.4 Supervisors need to send schedules for operators to the Fiscal Analyst, so he/she can figure out what was worked and assign the proper schedule to the employee. 9.5 The assigned schedule must match the holiday workweek. 9.5.1 Only applies to 24/7 plants because time is pre-populated. 9.5.2 Supervisors may sometimes switch a Benton G2 employee to the Benton G1 schedule or assign them hours that are outside of their original schedule. 9.5.2.1 The system will not pay the employee holidays, if their schedule does not match up with the holiday correctly. 9.5.3 To ensure that a schedule matches the holiday workweek, the Fiscal Analyst will need to reassign a schedule in assigned schedule that matches the holiday week, so
