9.7.1 Benton G1 (Week 1-MTF, Week 2-SSWTH) 9.7.1.1 If a holiday falls in week 1 on a Monday and the employee comes in at 7pm on a Sunday night; 5 hours of Regular is recorded from 7pm – midnight, and the remaining 7 hours (12:00am – 7am) is recorded as Holiday Premium on Monday. 9.7.1.2 If the employee is scheduled to come in Monday night, the 7 hours of Holiday Premium will be added to the first 5 hours of their Tuesday shift; totaling 12 hours of Holiday Premium on Monday with 7 hours of Regular on Tuesday morning, which is then added to the 12-hour Regular shift on Tuesday (19 hours total) 9.7.1.3 Explanations should always be recorded in the comments section of the timesheet.
