PROJECT INFORMATION The City contracted with Kruse, Cate and Nelson Engineering to conduct a drainage study for south Spencer. The purpose fo the study was to identify and evalaute potential drainage problems and potential corrections. The City has had issues with street flooding with heavy rainfall events.
