BLACK TOT BRITISH NAVAL RUM WEST INDIES West Indies Black Tot Finest Caribbean is inspired by tradition and the motivation to blend delicious rums from around the world. Discover a perfect blend of fruity and tropical Barbados rum, rich and decadent Guyanese rums, with just a touch of Jamaica for spice and intensity. Yes indeed, the legend is real. Black Tot British Naval Rum “Last Consignment” 108.6PF / 750ML EXTREMELY LIMITED Black Tot Day (31 July 1970) was the last day on which the Royal Navy issued sailors with a daily rum ration (the daily tot). Funerals were held for ‘the day the rum died’ and the day was forever known as BLACK TOT DAY. Since then, the rum has sat silently in ceramic flagons in bonded warehouses only served at State functions and Royal weddings. Flagons made their way into the hands of former officers who drank them or sold them. Elixir Distillers co-founder Sukhinder Singh tracked down and purchased these last remaining flagons and blended them together to create “BLACK TOT LAST CONSIGNMENT”. It is a piece of liquid naval history with a story dating back to 1655. Thanks to careful storage in stone decanters, Black Tot Rum is back, bottled at an incredible 108.6 proof, very close to the original strength. The rums used to make Black Tot Last Consignment were predominantly sourced from the Caribbean and aged in a 50-year-old solera systemt. Black Tot offers sweet aromas of vanilla and caramel leading to a rich, peppery palate, notes of brown sugar, candied fruit, exotic spice, smoke, and earth. Black Tot Last Consignment celebrates the end of a long tradition of rum in the Royal Navy. Once gone, it can never be repeated! Black Tot British Naval Rum Master Blender’s Reserve 2022 108PF / 750ML LIMITED For 2022, Black Tot drew inspiration from historical rums in our collection and the unique flavour profiles they exhibited over half a century ago. These rums, were rich with notes of baked banana, dusty chocolate, mocha milkshakes, honey, tobacco, leather, liquorice, and spice. Casks were selected from Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, and Trinidad, that showcased the elements needed to recreate Black Tot’s traditional flavor profiles. Black Tot British Naval Rum “Finest Caribbean Rum” 92PF / 750ML EXTREMELY LIMITED Our Head Blender, Oliver Chilton, has developed a recipe featuring some of the world’s finest rums while creating a new and individual style. With nothing added or taken away, our final blend has been selected for its ability to allow the individual flavours of each rum to shine. Rounded and rich, with butter toffee, banana cream, and caramel to start. Gentle cinnamon and allspice build with more fruit—bake apples, pineapple cubes, and dried mango—joined by coffee, dark chocolate, and black pepper.

EXPOSICIÓN PANAMÁ-PACIFIC PANAMA Exposición Panamá-Pacific Rum is a Spanish-style molasses-derived rum made at the Ingenio San Carlos distillery in Panama. Production begins deep in the country’s interior, in the Provencia de Herrera region, where we harvest our sugar cane. Once harvested, we extract the succulent juices within a short twelve-hour window in order to retain their bright, fresh sweetness. begins with freshly distilled sugarcane being laid into used American Oak bourbon whiskey casks for initially for 3 years before a 6-year finishing in used Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks that have been toasted, not charred. Panamá-Pacific 3yr Blanco 1L 80PF / 1.0L Our Blanco 3 Year rum displays subtle tropical aromas of gardenia and jasmine balanced with a vegetal tang of fresh green sugarcane. Panamá-Pacific Rum 5yr 85.7PF / 750ML The nose on the 5 Year displays prominent honeysuckle blooms mixed with soft vanilla and dark caramel.
