will not be read or construed as indemnities from the members of the Organisation or as indemnities to further or from any of the Officers in their own right;

The Incorporated Body is and will be authorised to apply to transfer its incorporation to a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) where that is permitted by law and to do all such things as are relevant to secure such transfer; Each of the provisions of the constitution will be read and construed having regard to the provisions of this clause 18 and to the extent to which any other provision of this constitution is inconsistent with this clause 18, the provision of this clause 18 will prevail.
