direct and coupled paths. The RoHS- compliant, 50-Ω directional coupler has typical directivity of 18dB from 1 to 50GHz. It is equipped with 2.4-mm female coaxial connectors and can pass as much as 0.5 A dc from input to output ports. MCDI Ltd. : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Coaxial Amp Powers 3400 to 3700MHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZHL-40W-372-S+ is a high-power amplifier with coaxial connectors and flat gain from 3400 to 3700MHz. It provides 50-dB gain that is within ±1dB across the full frequency range. The typical output power is 40 W (+46dBm) typical output power and with typical third-order intercept (IP3) of +52dBm. The RoHS- compliant, 50-Ω amplifier exhibits typical input and output VSWR of 1.50:1 and is well suited for wireless communications, aviation, and test applications. It features built-in open- and short-circuit protection when operating at full CW output power and can handle input power levels to +5dBm without damage. The rugged amplifier is supplied in a compact aluminum-alloy case measuring 5.94×3.58×1.18 in. with SMA connectors and is available with an optional heat sink and cooling fan. Mini-Circuits’ Fixed Attenuators Pad DC to 18GHz Mini-Circuits’ YAT-7A+ fixed-value GaAs MMIC attenuators provide repeatable, stable attenuation from DC to 18GHz in the tightest board spaces. Supplied in a miniature 2×2 mm MCLP package and capable of handling as much as 1.3 W across the full frequency range, the absorptive attenuators are available in nominal attenuation values from 0 to 10dB in 1-dB steps as well as with values of 12, 15, 20, and 30dB. Attenuation is flat across the full frequency range: for a 7-dB attenuator, the typical attenuation is 7.03dB from DC to 5GHz, 7.07dB from 5 to 15GHz, and 7.10dB from 15 to 18GHz. Similarly, VSWR is consistent across the frequency range. For the same 7-dB attenuator, the typical VSWR is 1.06:1 from DC to 5GHz, 1.11:1 from 5 to 15GHz, and 1.17:1 from 15 to 18GHz. The 50-Ω, RoHS-compliant attenuators are designed for use at operating temperatures from -40 to +85°C and are well suited for commercial communications and military radar applications. Mini-Circuits’ Amplifier Quells Noise from 1.8 to 6.0GHz Mini-Circuits’ model ZX60-63GLN+ is a wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) for use from 1.8 to 6.0GHz. Typical gain is at least 24.5dB while typical noise figure is 0.9dB or less to 3.5GHz and 1.5dB or less to 6.0GHz. The typical output power at 1-dB compression is +10.2dBm or higher and the typical output third-order intercept point (OIP3) is +21.7dBm or higher to 6.0GHz. The RoHS-compliant 50-Ω amplifier measures 18.80×19.10×11.68 mm with SMA connectors. It typically draws 67 mA from a single +5 V dc supply.
