Coast Guard Inspections The Independence completed its annual U.S. Coast Guard safety inspection in March. The vessel is in excellent condition thanks to our crew, who performed admirably during required safety drills. We appreciate the Coast Guard as a valued partner in safe operations.

Call the office today to schedule your vehicle, truck, trailer, or freight. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking One driver per vehicle rides free Additional passengers allowed on a space-available basis (maximum of 6 total) Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee A current Barge Agreement must be signed annually Crew will load and unload vehicles at their discretion Customers are responsible for loading deck freight We’re looking forward to another busy season on the barge and are grateful for your continued support.
