TWEET of the MONTH "I feel like I should do all the things I never find the time to do because of work/but I seem to just keep playing Arkham Knight." Alex Hutchinson - Creative Director at Ubisoft Montreal WELCOME

Given the atrocious track record of Batman in video games in general, the innovative Arkham Asylum and Arkham City were (pardon the pun) game changers. Arkham Knight is the concluding part to the Arkham trilogy, available on new-gen only. It features a full roster of Batman’s greatest Batman: arkham KNIGHT

villains including a newcomer, the formidable Arkham Knight, who was designed exclusively for the game by Rocksteady and DC. The most significant introduction to the series is the playable Batmobile, a strategic asset for the Caped Crusader in the war against Arkham Knight and his armoured mercenaries. B: AK offers up passages of genuinely challenging gameplay, whether it’s deciphering Riddler’s puzzles or mustering the skill and patience needed to defeat incessant waves of enemy tanks. The narrative is exceptional, too, considering Rocksteady decided to pen the story in-house and not enlist Paul Dini, the Batman aficionado who wrote the first two games. Towards the end of the B: AK, elements of the gameplay become repetitious, but this still doesn’t spoil the fun. However, as the credits roll you can’t help but feel that this is the right time for the studio to step away from the franchise.

There is a hidden room in Half-Life that has Gabe Newell’s face plastered all over the walls. There are three locations in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind named after Pokémon: Marowak’s Spine, Weepingbell Hall and Kakuna Burial.

One of the games used to test Microsoft’s Kinect was a simulator that let you play as a seagull and poop on passersby.
