THE ROVING BARTENDER

SLOEBERRY COCKTAIL

STONE FENCE

1 dash Angostura 2 dashes orange bitters oz. sloe gin Shake.

1 oz. whiskey in high ball glass Fill with hard cider.

SWISS FAMILY COCKTAIL

2 dashes angostura 2 dashes absinthe 54 oz. French Vermouth 1 oz. whiskey Shake.

STIR-A-BOUT (GIN)

of lemon Yz spoon sugar 1 oz. gin

Put lemon, sugar and 2 oz. seltzer in old fashioned glass. Muddle and add cube ice and gin. Serve with spoon. Whis key, brandy or rum may be sub stituted for the gin and all make good tasty drinks. SODA COCKTAIL Into_ 8 oz. glass put cube of ice. Fill with sweet soda, Sev en-up or syphon water. Add few dashes oi angostura or Pey- chand bitters.

SUISSE ESS

White of 1 egg

54 oz. anisette 1 oz. absinthe

Shake 'till the mixer is frosty. Chill 9 oz. goblet. Pour in mix and top with very little soda. Twist lemon peel on top. Many drinkers of this famous drink prefer orgeat syrup to the ani sette.

TANGO COCKTAIL

SOUL KISS COCKTAIL

54 oz. orange juice 54 oz. curacao 54 oz. Italian Vermouth 1 oz. dry gin Shake. Twist orange peel.

Yn oz. orange juice Ya oz. French Vermouth oz. Dubonnet 1 oz. Bourbon whiskey Shake.

TEXAS FIZZ

STAR COCKTAIL

54 oz. lemon juice 54 oz. orange juice

Yi, oz. grapefruit juice 54 oz. French Vermouth Yi, oz. Italian Vermouth 54 oz. applejack 54 oz. dry gin Shake. Twist lemon peel

54 spoon sugar 1 oz. dry gin Shake. Pour into 7 oz. goblet and hzz.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

STINGER

54 spoon sugar 54 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. Tequila

54 oz. white creme de menthe 1 oz. brandy Shake. Wonderful after din ner.

Put these in 10 oz. glass with two cubes of ice. Fill nearly
