The Homefront column is designed to inform our members where in the community our new residents are living and other residences they may have. It also keeps up with our present members who have stayed in the community but moved to new dwellings. Of course we always wish our members who are moving out of the community good luck wherever their travels take them and our new members and established members good luck in their new address. JOSEPH and LOUISE KOVACS have purchased Barbara Balik’s home on Degas Drive East. They also reside in Greenwich, Connecticut. Barbara has moved out of the community. We are starting a new column and want to hear from all of you who fit into this wonderful milestone category. It is the : G-G column A column about Great Grandparents! Today, we congratulate LUCY and MILLARD KAY on becoming great grandparents for the first time. They are now visiting the baby so we will have more details next issue. SHIRLEY GOLDBERG has a new great granddaughter, Brooke Harriet Goldberg, born to her grandchildren, Jonathan and Rachel Goldberg who live in New York City. Brooke weighed in at 7 pounds 2 ounces and was 19 inches long. Shirley now has two great grandchildren– a boy and a girl. ANITA FISHBEIN has a new great grandson, Jackson Cooper Haims, who weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 19 inches long. He lives with his parents, Anita’s grandchildren, Adam and Sara Haims, in Norwalk, Connecticut. Anita also now has two great grandchildren– a girl and a boy.

BOB FISHBEIN has a new Great Grandson.

RUTH and IRWIN PECKMAN had a new Great Grandson. Jude Derek Leibson was born August 12, 2014. His proud parents are their grandchildren, Staci and Alex Leibson who live in Manhattan, New York.
