While we previewed Bob’s Book when it was first published last spring, we thought it noteworthy to reprint this article from the American Association For Justice TRIAL MAGAZINE, November 2014 issue. The article really explains what trial lawyers go through and “do what they do,” in addition to concisely tell us the details of the book and great insight into Bob’s methodology and why he is so respected. It also points out what lawyers know– that a good trial lawyer is a story teller and has to be a good actor. The article also relates that Mr. Habush is one of the most successful trial lawyers in U.S. legal history. That is a lot to be said, and we congratulate Robert Habush on this well deserved recognition.
