ROCKMOUNT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE With a heritage spanning almost 50 years in the commercial vehicle industry, RVM operates from a 23 bay, 35000 sq ft commercial vehicle garage located in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, adjacent to the M2 northbound carriageway. The combination of a state of the art workshop environment, skilled vehicle and trailer technicians, including body shop andmobile team, plus a new fleet management system, makes RVM a formidable presence in the commercial vehicle market; a one stop solution to light and heavy commercial vehicle operators. The workshop facilities are accredited to ISO 140001 Environmental / 180001 Health and Safety levels and are equipped to the highest standards. RVM has the capability to work on and manage the working life of LGVs, rigid vehicles, road tankers, trailers and light commercial vehicles of all makes. With a long standing record in service excellence, RVM is respected by many of the UK and Ireland’s best known names in the commercial vehicle industy, including a network of insurers, loss adjusters and engineers. RVM currently maintains the Montgomery Transport Group fleet to the DVSAER standard. Whichever make or model of commercial vehicle operated, RVM’s customers know they can rely on the service provided, which includes: • 23 bay purpose built workshop fitted with overhead cranes and DVA spec rolling brake tester. • Accident damage, estimation and bodywork repairs. • Fully equipped and stocked Mercedes Sprinter service/breakdown vans. • On site food grade tank wash facility manned by two operatives. • ABS/EBS diagnostic equipment. • Shunter for MOT/PSV testing (currently 25 standing appointments per week). • All maintenance records – safety inspections, defects, service sheets etc. generated and stored electronically. • Fully stocked parts department, holding most trailer parts, including tanker valves, seals etc. • The ability to produce service/safety inspection and MOT schedules. • MOT application and booking.
