to comply with the Company’s timekeeping rules may lead to disciplinary action, including immediate termination. Whenever possible, you are given a set time for an unpaid lunch. Thirty (30) minutes per day are deducted from your total accrued working time for the unpaid lunch period, and you are to perform no work during the unpaid lunch period. Lunch is paid only if you are required to be on call, on-site during your lunch period. If this occurs, this will be specifically discussed with you by your manager. Tardiness and Wage Computation: Because of wage and hour laws, it is necessary to have a firm policy regarding tardiness. Excessive tardiness will lead to disciplinary action. The Company’s time and attendance system tracks tardiness and absences based on the clock punches and the employee’s assigned schedule. Paycheck Distribution and Direct Deposit: Employees are paid either weekly or bi-weekly. The scheduled pay date is Thursday. We encourage direct deposit of your check into the bank or credit union of your choice. This assures the deposit of your payroll funds electronically; typically on Thursday. If you lose a live paycheck, please contact payroll immediately to get it replaced. You will be charged $10.00 and will have to agree in writing to accept that charge, for each stop payment requested. The stop payment fee, per your written authorization, will be taken off of the replacement paycheck. 408
