In the course of their duties, system operators and managers may monitor use of the E-Mail system and Internet activity or review the contents of stored records. There is no guarantee or assurance that data transmitted by e-mail or over the Internet is confidential; therefore, employees should have no expectation of privacy in the data they send and receive using Company property. Users should be aware that electronic mail and Internet activity are not entirely secure. Highly confidential information should use a more appropriate medium. The Company’s e-mail system is configured for maximum retention periods within selected folders. Data stored in Inbox, Sent Items and Deleted Items with a sent or received date older than sixty (60) days and data stored in Calendar older than six (6) months may be automatically purged. Messages subject to record retention policies should be saved independent of the e-mail system. Password: To maintain security of computer systems at ITU AbsorbTech, users are required to change their passwords as determined by the IT Department. Passwords must comply with the rules stated upon notification to change or update. Passwords are to be kept confidential. Do not share your password

Company be reimbursed for all personal use of a Company-owned device. This includes phone calls, text messages and downloaded ring tones and games. IRS regulations also state that if 50% or more or the equipment use is personal, the phone is a taxable benefit to the employee. It is the responsibility of all employees who are issued a Company-owned mobile device or use a personal mobile device for Company business to read and comply with the Cellphone Use While Driving a Vehicle policy 701. 602 Computer Hardware and Software Policy Computers and all related informational devices that are owned by ITU AbsorbTech, including hardware, software and data at ITU AbsorbTech facilities or at home, are provided for employee use as business tools. Users may not install any software and/ or hardware on ITU AbsorbTech property without prior authorization from the Information Technology (IT) department. Hardware includes, but is not limited to, USB drives (flash/thumb drives), MP3 players, cellphones, portable hard drives, wireless mouse and/or keyboard. The IT department electronically tracks all software and hardware installed on ITU AbsorbTech computers. All install DVD- ROMs, CD-ROMs, software licenses, etc. are to be kept by the IT department. Only software and hardware purchased and owned by ITU AbsorbTech may be used on Company equipment. Personal software and/or hardware may not be used with ITU

business activities. The Company requires that the users of the E-Mail system and the Internet conduct their activities in an ethical and legal manner. All users of the E-Mail system and/or the Internet should be aware of these rules. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to, the following: • Unauthorized attempts to access another employee’s e-mail account are prohibited. • Transmission or retention of sexually explicit images, messages, cartoons, communications, or files that could be construed as disparaging or as harassment of others based on religion, race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability or political beliefs are prohibited. • The willful introduction of viruses or malicious tampering with any computer system is prohibited. • Use of Company communications systems to solicit, set up personal businesses, send chain letters or other non-Company related activities are prohibited. • Confidential Company information should be distributed to authorized employees only. Forwarding of Company messages to others outside the Company is prohibited. • Accessing copyrighted information in a way that violates the copyright is prohibited. • Sending frivolous or excessive messages is prohibited. • Broadcasting unsolicited personal views on social, religious or other non-business related matters is prohibited. • Solicitation to buy or sell goods or services for personal use is prohibited.

All software installed on ITU AbsorbTech owned computers must be utilized according to the software vendor’s licensing policy. Except for authorized backup purposes, no copies, for business or personal use, are to be made of purchased or in- house developed software. Uploading, downloading or otherwise transmitting unlicensed commercial software or any copyrighted materials belonging to third parties, ITU AbsorbTech is prohibited. Users are prohibited from using shareware, freeware and other software on ITU AbsorbTech computers without explicit IT approval. If a user thinks it would be beneficial to use shareware, freeware or other software, the request must be approved by IT prior to download and installation. This includes those items received via e-mail. Users must provide IT with a detailed explanation of the purpose of the software. Whenever possible, existing software should be used to fulfill that purpose. Software piracy is illegal. ITU AbsorbTech computers are continuously audited for compliance with this policy. Software and/ or hardware found to be out of compliance with this policy are immediately removed and violators will be disciplined, up to and including termination. 603 Email and Internet Usage Policy ITU AbsorbTech provides an E-Mail system (including e-mail, contacts, calendar and all other features of Outlook) and/or Internet access to some employees for use in
