Any violation of this policy is cause for disciplinary actions, up-to and including suspension and/or termination of employment. 702 Company-Owned Vehicle Use Policy Motor vehicles provided by the Company must be maintained in good mechanical condition through regular preventive and repair services, kept clean inside and out and operated safely and in accordance with local, state and federal motor vehicle regulations. Employees must understand and accept the responsibility for operating Company vehicles in a safe, lawful and courteous manner. Certain operational requirements are critical in a safe and efficient fleet. In order to promote fleet safety, reduce operational cost and minimize downtime, drivers must comply with several procedures, such as: • Any appropriate or required items must be recorded timely and accurate. • A Preventative Maintenance (PM) oil level check must be performed and documented. • Seat belt use is mandatory. • Unauthorized personal use of a Company vehicle is prohibited. • Vehicle performance problems must be promptly forwarded to Fleet Maintenance (or Local Service Provider) for review and/or correction. • All vehicle citations or accidents, with or

While operating a non-commercial Company-provided vehicle or a non- commercial personal vehicle on Company business, the use of any electronic devices or engaging in a distracting events is prohibited.
