Draft Statutory Instruments Publication Bill THE report of a Committee of the Council on this Statute was submitted and adopted and the Secretary was directed to communicate to the Attorney General the Council's approval of the proposed statute. SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS THE Overend Preliminary Scholarship for 1943 has been awarded to Eamonn P. Carroll. The Overend Final Scholarship for proficiency in Real Property and Conveyancing has been awarded to Caleb C. McCutchcon, LL.B., T.C.D., who served his apprenticeship to Mr. William L. Hodgins, Nenafh. The Findlater Scholarship on the results of the Final Examinations, held in October, 1942, and April, 1943. has been awarded to William J. A. Punclon, who served his apprenticeship to Mr. John J. Dunclon, Limerick. 29
