appraiser shortly after I graduated college. I acquired another position with a company and left briefly only to come back to work at the office in the Administrative department.

What do you like most about your job? My favorite parts of my job include the ability to work independently & the people I work with. It’s great to work with people that care about their work and doing a good job. It’s hard to find that environment today because so many people just don’t care about honesty, hard work, and integrity. My current position has been wonderful because I get to split my time between creative and organizational tasks. I love having that duality because when I get stuck on the creative stuff I can switch gears and do the organizational stuff enabling me to use both sides of my brain. Where were you born? I was born in Gainesville, FL. in a hospital just a few blocks from the University of Florida. A Florida Gator from birth! Both of my parents still live in the area around Gainesville. Where was your best vacation ever? When I was sixteen my dad and I took a road trip to visit family in Ohio and Michigan. We decided on the way home we would stop wherever we wanted to go. He picked the mountains and I picked the beach. My dad and I are taking another road trip this month for his birthday and I am very excited to spend some time with him. What are your hobbies? I love outdoor activities especially when the weather is nice. I grew up going to the beach and water skiing on the local lakes around the area. I still enjoy those activities the most. I plan on taking golf back up in the fall when the weather is a little cooler. When I can get my two daughters away from their busy social schedules, we love just to hang out.

What do you plan to do when you retire? Live within my means.
