This model includes an internal shutdown feature that allows users to protect the amplifier in the presence of large signals and to minimize DC power consumption. The amplifier achieves extremely high IP3 of +42.6dBm with 1.4dB noise figure and +28.5dBm output power at 1dB compression. It operates on a single 8V supply and comes housed in a 3x3mm QFN package.
