P OSTING R EQUIREMENTS

Preschools are required to post many different documents or notices as discussed throughout this chapter. The following list sets forth the required documents or notices which must be posted by the preschool in prominent and publicly accessible areas. * Facility license 33 * Child Passenger Restraint Systems Signs (PUB 269): must be posted at the point of entry to the facility. The signs must provide the telephone number of the local health department and state all of the following:  Protect your child – it is the law.  Children under eight years of age must be in an approved child passenger restraint system in the rear seat.  Call your local health department for more information. 34 * Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610) * Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148) * Child’s Personal Rights (LIC 613A) 35 * Notification of Parents’ Rights Form (LIC 995) 36 * Child Care Center Notification of Parents’ Rights Poster (PUB 393) 37 * Notices of Deficiency, Licensing Reports, or other documents verifying compliance of non-compliance with DSS’ orders to correct a deficiency (LIC 809 or LIC 9099) * School Menus: must be posted at least one (1) week in advance in an area accessible by parents. 38 * CCLD Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) * Daily activity schedule Additionally, the preschool will need to post all employment related posters and information as required of all places of employment.
