IL - Spirits Portfolio

BROVO USA, WASHINGTON BroVo is a collaborative, experimental distillery. We believe in the ingenuity of bartenders, working with them on a regular basis. They tell us their needs, they author our recipes, they use our spirits. This is one of our quality base spirits, with volume in mind. Brovo Vodka 80PF / 1.0L This clean, clear spirit has a smooth, medium-light body and slight sweetness of a classic corn vodka. CHICAGO DISTILLING USA, ILLINOIS Chicago Distilling Company was founded in 2010 and is family owned and operated by the DiPrizio family. But the story really begins in the Wisconsin North Woods, nearly a century ago. We’re not looking to recreate what our forefathers were cooking under the moonlit sky on those frigid nights, we’re simply honoring our past and building something for the next generation. And unlike our forefathers, we don’t mind at all if people see us work. That’s why we distill, craft, bottle and package everything by hand in our unique Logan Square facility in the full view of our visitors. Ceres Vodka 80PF / 200ML / 750ML / 1.0L This ultra-refined sipping vodka pays tribute to the goddess of grains herself. Made from premium Midwestern corn, possessing a distinct flowery nose and deep long finish.

J RIEGER AND CO USA, MISSOURI Jacob Rieger & Company was founded in 1887 in Kansas City’s West Bottoms Livestock Exchange district. The brand offered over 100 alcoholic products and took pride in maintaining a quarter of a million unique customers by offering mail-order delivery services. In 1919, Prohibition was enacted by the federal government and wasn’t reversed until 1933. J. Rieger & Co. was a casualty at the time but was not destined to be lost forever. 95 years after Prohibition, we can officially say that the historic and iconic spirits brand of Kansas City is back! Midwestern Premium Vodka 80PF / 750ML Our Midwestern Premium Vodka conveys a clean and smooth flavor, as well as a full body and rich texture. Distilled in a copper pot still, we utilize premium wheat to give our vodka a balance of flavor and aroma that is unlike any other.

POTATO VODKA & GRAIN VODKA

If it has starch in it, you can make vodka out of it, and the humble potato is no exception. Although most vodka comes from fermented grains like wheat, rye or barley, potato vodka has a rich tradition, particularly in Poland. This potent spirit resembles grain vodka in most respects, but there are a few important differences. The differences between any two grain vodkas are subtle, but vodka lovers can notice them, or at least claim to. The same is true for the differences between grain and potato vodka; although broadly

similar, there are differences in mouthfeel and flavor. Grain vodka is typically “cleaner,” while potato vodkas have a viscous, slightly

oily or creamy texture. Potato vodka is often slightly sweet; there are sweet grain vodkas, of course, but sweetness is common among potato vodkas. — WWW.LEAF.TV
