Pine Barrens American Single Malt Whisky is the perfect fusion of craft brewing and small batch distilling. Spicy, rich velvety smooth maltiness with sweet hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, and caramel on the finish. This is a distillate of a 10% abv barley wine ale.

WOLFBURN SCOTLAND Wolfburn’s smooth and warming flavor stems from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made. Long fermentation is followed by gentle distillation, before the spirit is laid down in the best quality oak casks. Now the northernmost mainland distillery in Scotland, plenty of saline and mild peat here. Wolfburn Aurora Single Malt Whisky 92PF / 750ML This beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Benefitting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on site in our purpose built warehouses. At the end of the maturation

Maclean and named after his famous song, Caledonia. This handmade single malt is a small batch bottling. At a strength of 46% ABV and unchillfiltered, Caledonia retains maximum flavor with great depth and body. Initial maturation in Bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso Finish of 4-5 years. An old-fashioned whisky for those looking for how whisky used to be made. Ballechin Single Malt Scotch Whisky 10yr 92PF / 750ML Ballechin is the heavily peated distillation made at Edradour Distillery since 2003. Distilled using barley which has been infused with peat to a level not less than 50ppm. This bottling is predominantly from ex Bourbon casks with a generous top dressing of ex Oloroso Sherry casks, to create added depth and greater complexity. Bottled without chill filtration, to retain the true cask character.

This lightly peated whisky is made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. The flavor imparted by the smoke is a reflection of Wolfburn’s history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in our purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.
