• Bring Ofsted back into the Programme of Talks on a regular basis to help address the negative consequence of school inspection

• Set out the metrics by which the action plan will be judged to have made an impact (for example, a reduction in the average weekly hours, an increase in satisfaction levels, reducing the proportion of teachers who believe workload is a problem, and increasing the level of agreement that a good work-life balance is achieved).
