Dispensing Tips Precision dispensing tips industrial grade and certified silicone free.

Our extensive range of dispensing tips are suitable for use on luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. All tips feature a female luer lock hub for safe connection at air pressures to 100 psi and are industrial grade safe and silicone free. Tips can be used with most fluids, adhesives, pastes or chemicals. Tips are colour coded by size, ranging from 14 gauge (1.6mm ID) to 32 gauge (0.10mm ID). The TE needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and elec- tro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free. Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives and safe for use to 100 psi. These tips are 45 or 90 degree bend which are suitable for applying fluids inside the bore of products, used on robots or for materials placed under components. All supplied in packs of 50.
