CLIENT Real Estate Developer AREA 34,000 Sq Ft ___________________________________________________________________________ PROJECT Interior. Lobby Renovation. (Proposed) LOCATION Lake Success, New York

Concerned with upcoming tenant renewals, this three-story atrium area was in need of an upgrade to improve it aesthetically and ultimately increase its utilization. Lounge seating is arranged to offer comfortable huddle areas while different size pods create a more intimate and welcoming environment. Glass enclosures with wood slats provide privacy but allow light to filter in. The added large and colorful circular ceiling rings create interest in this tall and otherwise stark space. _____________________________________________________________________________
