WHEREAS the Applicant is now entitled to a leasehold interest in all that and those the dwellinghouse offices and land situate lying and being on the northside of the Main Street of the City of Cashel in the Barony of Middlethird and the County of Tipperary measuring from North to South 1 24 feet 3 inches measuring at the North or front Main Street fourteen feet 10 inches and at the South or rear 22 feet bounded on the North by the Main Street on the South partly by premises in the occupation of William Maher as Tenant to Mr. Patrick Hackett and partly by premises in the occupation of the said Mr. Patrick Hackett and on the east by Margaret Molonys and Thomas Walshs holdings and on the West by Miss Ellen McSweeney's holding and the aforesaid premises in their occupation of the said William Maher as Tenant to Mr. Patrick Hackett and by Mr. Hackett's storehouse by Lease dated the 14th day of July one

Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety One for a term of 99 years and whereas the respondents are the persons now and at all relevant times entitled to the fee simple interest in the said property and whereas the applicants are desirous of having the matter of the acquisition by them of the fee simple interest and all matters relating therewith determined by the County Registrar for the County of Tipperary pursuant to the provisions of the said acts.
