STAKEHOLDER PANEL ON INFANT FORMULA AND ADULT NUTRITIONALS (SPIFAN)

Robert Rankin, INCA Executive Director

Robert Rankin is Executive Director of the Infant Nutrition Council of America (INCA), an association of manufacturers and marketers of infant formula, follow-up formula and growing up milks. Robert has worked with INCA since 2005, where he is responsible for oversight on regulatory, legislative, technical and other issues.

Robert works closely with officials at key U.S. Government agencies including the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He also works with other U.S. and international government agencies on issues facing the infant formula industry. He has extensive experience in the development and communication of industry positions and has testified before U.S. state legislatures, the World Health Organization and local authorities. Robert is a Senior Vice President at Kellen, a global professional services firm specializing in managing trade associations, professional societies and communications. In addition to INCA, Robert works with other food industry associations including the Calorie Control Council, International Food Additives Council, Marinalg International, Healthcare Nutrition Council, Juice Products Association and National Pasta Association.
