• The All About California Cheese Seminar was held in Boracay on February 26- 28, 2019. Attendees were 14 chefs from restaurants and hotels in Manila and Cebu. Chef Josiah Baird led with a presentation on the California dairy industry and California cheeses; he also led a workshop on cheesemaking using California milk and cream. Chef Miko Aspiras then led a cooking workshop where 4 recipes

featuring various California dairy products were used. He also led a demonstration on a modern Cheese Plate using California cheeses.
