MARTINA FILIPPIOVÁ CYIL 7 ȍ2016Ȏ that actions of nationals were attributable to the State despite misconceptions about jurisdiction under the Antarctic Treaty System. The work of the Committee for Environmental Protection and the future challenges to environmental management were also discussed. In order to mark the important anniversary, the Intersessional Contact Group developed a Publication on the occasion of the 25 th anniversary of the Madrid Protocol, which is attached to this contribution. The next Meeting, XL. ATCM will be held in Beijing, China and is supposed to take place from mid May 2017. There will be the first two working groups of the ATCM and China promised to organize special event for the participants.

After several years of employment at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, she studied Public International Law at Utrecht University in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and received her LL.M. in 2014. Since 2015 she has been working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
