Optional if risk factors (> 2 cm, LVI)

➢ BT 60 Gy  8 weeks later surgery ➢ Objective: ➢ Decrease need for postop EBRT (no margins, 70% CHR) ➢ No increase in postoperative complications ➢ Less surgical radicality (0.5 % parametrial disease)

➢ Postoperative RT  pelvic nodal metastases (17%)
