Phenomena Introduction

Module Launch- How do clouds form? Phenomena demo: - Condensation on the outside of a glass of ice water. - Ask the students to write down observations about the glass. - What is forming on the outside? (students should know this already!) - Where is the water on the outside of the glass coming from? (Some students may know that it is coming from the surrounding air, some may not)

30-35 mins

Modeling the Water Cycle:

- Have students model the water cycle based off of what they already know.
