Athenry FC continues to thrive both on and off the pitch, with the record numbers of teams, both male and female participating in competitive football, a thriving player academy and a growing “Little Stars” group showcasing the club’s commitment to player development, community, and competitive success. As we head untl the “business end” of the season, there is much to look forward to in the months ahead, as teams compete across GFA leagues and local, provincial and national cup competitions. Consistent Representation We are delighted to see our boys and girls at all ages being selected for Galway FA League Centres on a consistent basis, with representation in every age group this season. This achievement underlines the depth of talent within the club and the commitment shown by players in training and matches. It is a source of great pride to see Athenry FC so strongly represented across county squads, reinforcing our reputation as one of the leading clubs in the region for youth development.
