Teaching Directions: Learn how to spell Mississippi the fun way! Model the chanting of the spelling. I prefer the version that doesn’t use “crooked letter”, etc. but either way is fine. Chant this together over and over with the visual projected on a screen so everyone can see and point as you go through it. Do it over and over. Let students take turns saying it.
