Recognize the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships and practice skills necessary to build healthy relationship and end unhealthy relationships both online and in person. b. Identify effective ways to communicate personal boundaries and show respect for the boundaries of others to foster healthy relationships. c. Discuss and understand the importance of developing personal refusal skills, including how to refuse and unwanted sexual advance, and how and when to use those skills.
