Brick Campaign Hunter Park Veterans Memorial Air Plane Monument From September 7 until March 31 you can purchase a brick for any veteran to be placed at the Hunter Park Veterans Memorial Air Plane Monument for $20. The bricks will be placed in the Air Plane Monument in time for Independence Day July 4. Brick order forms must be submitted by March 31 to ensure that memorial bricks are shipped by Independence Day. Order forms can be completed at the Hunter Park Ike Owings Community Center Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., For more information call, 770-920-3007.

Get ready for some disc golf fun at Hunter Park! Disc golf is an outdoor sport played much like

traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, players use a flying disc. The object of the game is to complete a course with the fewest throws to target baskets along the route. Hunter Park’s 18-hole disc golf course spanes though 83 acres and will be open to recreational and professional play.
