Description: Special Talents Entirety Program (S.T.E.P.) is an inclusive co-ed dance program designed for special needs youth with intellectual/ physical disabilities and/ or delays. Vinyasa Yoga Fee: $10 per class or $32 for 4 classes (expires within 6 weeks) Date/Time: Tuesdays 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and Thursdays 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Description: Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. Bring yoga mat towel, water and willingness to try and ex- plore new things. Also, yoga block and strap may be beneficial depending on your flexibility level.
